Take-off is at 9000' from the top of the Bald Mountain ski area, access to launch will be via the chair lift allowing multiple flights per day. Details: Pilots will be required to have a P-3 rating and be excited about dealing with probable turbulence, this is desert mountain flying, altitudes of 18,000' and above are common at this time of year, bring warm clothes and O2 if you have it. Although the flying is very consistent at this time of year, if it is not good you are stuck in a resort town with hiking, Mt. biking, fishing, ice skating, and many other options, so bring your whole family, it will be AWESOME!!
